Europe Foundation is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Program Associate.

Reports to: Program Manager.

Position summary: Under the supervision of the Program Manager the Program Associate supports effective implementation of Europe Foundation`s strategy on civil society development in Georgia.

Principal duties and responsibilities:

** Assist program manager in all aspects of program implementation
** Maintain program and grant files and ensure their completeness
** Coordinate organization of program events, including scheduling, refreshments, and preparation of necessary documentation
** Support the development of internal instruments of the Foundation’s Social Enterprise Development Program
** Work closely with social enterprises to identify their needs, assist growth and make connections
** Support the program team to assess the feasibility of social enterprise business plans received within grant competitions
** Ensure that Foundation has up-to-date information on the relevant program
** Maintain distribution lists for correspondence, newsletters, and press releases
** Process program related incoming and outgoing correspondence
** Participate in meetings with program partners and stakeholders when assigned
** Help manage relationships with program partners and stakeholders through outreach and ongoing communication
** Collect and file all the articles published about Foundation, take active role in maintaining office library of any relevant publication and periodicals
** Maintain and update program related information on web and Facebook pages
** Serve as the Foundation`s receptionist when needed and assist President and Vice President with scheduling program meetings
** Take on extra duties in coordination with the Program Manager.

Competencies and skills:

** Higher education (BA or equivalent) in business administration, economics or a related field
** Business background or a good understanding of Georgian Social Enterprise/SME sector is required
** Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
** Fluency in Georgian (excellent written Georgian skills)
** Excellent spoken and written English language skills (will be tested)
** Proficiency with MS Office software
** Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
** Willingness to carry out a wide range of activities, including both professional and logistical tasks
** Strong commitment to diversity and equity.
